We’ve got some exciting news, we’re expanding and managed to get a hold of over 170m2 creative space two floors above the studio. Our dream is to build a music hub where likeminded people can create and get inspired.

 

There’s about 130m2 of creative space still available. A common area with toilet, shower, and fully equipped kitchen.

Plenty of natural light, centrally located by Humboldthain S-Bahn station.

 

The space is open to be rented daily, weekly, or on a more permanent basis depending on your needs.

 

Perfect for songwriting sessions, workshops, masterclasses, seminars, acoustic shows, visual art, photo/video studio, with potential to build music production suites. But really, for anything you can think of.
